Your Delivery Options
We process all website orders Monday to Friday and aim to get them in the post within 1-2 working days.
You can choose free click and collect from our shop in Leek, Staffordshire and orders can be collected on a Monday & Tuesday between 9:30am and 3:00pm or Wednesday to Saturday between 9:30am and 5:00pm
If you live in Leek and are shielding we can deliver orders to you at home but it may take up to 2 days.
If we cannot fulfil an order for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and we will send a full refund.
We currently offer shipping to the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands), Isle of Man and Channel Islands.
Economy shipping – £3.50
Your item will be dispatched Second Class Postage. Typically your order will be delivered within 4-7 working days.
Standard shipping – £4.95
Orders received will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class on a 1-2 working day service (a signature upon delivery may be needed). Please note that delivery times with royal mail are taking longer at the moment and we are also only posting items Tuesday through to Saturday due to reduced operating hours.
Orders Over £50
We offer Free UK shipping on orders over £50. If your order is £50 or over your item will be delivered free via economy shipping, this means your order will be dispatched in 1-2 days on a 3-4 day service. This service will be automatically added at checkout. Typically your order will be delivered within 4-7 working days.
CLICK AND COLLECT.
You can order and pay for your item online and then collect from store at your convenience. Please let us know when you plan on collecting your order by adding a message at check-out. Please wait to receive a pick up ready email before coming to collect (if the item you have ordered is out of stock in store this will give us time to contact you before you visit the shop, so please check your emails before setting out!).
Please note that as soon as we have posted your parcel delivery times are out of our control. Working days are classed as Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
When you have completed your order you will be sent an email confirming the details of your purchase. Your order represents an offer to you to purchase from us. Please carefully check the email and notify us straight away of any errors at firstname.lastname@example.org
When your goods have been dispatched you will be sent an email to confirm this, it is only then that we accept your offer and a contract is formed which we are bound to fulfil.
Please note – as we also have a bricks and mortar shop, occasionally items listed on the website as ‘in stock’ sell out in the shop –we do try everything to avoid this happening where possible but unfortunately it is not always possible. Should an item be out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery date, an alternative product or give you the option to cancel part or all of the order.
To help the environment, reduce waste and keep postage costs to a minimum we will recycle packaging materials wherever possible.
If you receive damaged or faulty goods you must contact us immediately via email at email@example.com
We want you to be happy every time you shop with us but we realise that on occasion you may want to return items that you have purchased. If you are unhappy with your order in any way you can return your unwanted item to Becalmed unused and in its original packaging and/or with original tags attached within 14 days (our cooling off period) for a full refund (not including postage and packing if paid).

Return postage is at the cost of the purchaser unless the goods are damaged or faulty.
Becalmed cannot be held responsible for return packages which are lost or damaged before reaching us. We recommend that you send the item via recorded delivery, retain proof of postage and insure the item for its full value.
Exclusions – Please note that certain items cannot be returned to us unless damaged or faulty: Earrings and toiletries – In compliance with current health and hygiene regulations we do not accept the return of unwanted earrings, toiletries and cosmetics. Your statutory rights are not affected.
